Yep. I feed pretty heavy ! My cube gets weekly amounts daily. As for the stuff loving downstairs they get as much food as I have time for getting down there.

I keep it simple too-

And when I feed frozen,

I feed only Limpits Reef Buffet! Available at finer lfs everywhere! (how has that Ron?)



I break a chunk off, and cut into samll pieces with a serated butter knife, and drop it in.

I never understood thawing it first.
There are still quite a few things I don't understand fully, still trying to get a grasp on quantum physics too.
